As training upgrades the technicians’ skills, they are able to provide better service, which reflects well on the brand.
In Bangladesh, Performance Motors Ltd. (PML) conducted an extensive training programme for the local technicians for Swaraj tractors. The training was conducted at all its 11 branches located in Jashore, Chuadanga, Rajshahi, Naogaon, Thakurgaon, Dinajpur, Rangpur, Cumilla, Mymansingh, Kishoregonj and Sylhet. During the training, product feedback was discussed and queries resolved. A total of 127 technicians benefitted from the sessions and left feeling more confident about maintaining and repairing Swaraj tractors for farmers.
