Connecting with the farmers

One of the best ways to deepen the farmer-brand bond is to offer them services to maintain their tractors in top form, as it is their most reliable partner. Performance Motors Ltd. (PML) conducted the Briddhi Mela in March 2022, a mega campaign where farmers got their Swaraj tractors for servicing. Spread over a period of 15 days, it covered the Mymansingh, Dhaka, Jashore, Rajshahi, Naogaon, Thakurgaon and Rangpur regions. While their tractors got serviced, the farmers got an up-close look at the tractors displayed, visited the spare parts and lube counterand played games at the gaming zone. An emcee spoke about the Swaraj tractors giving the farmers more information on their features and advantages. The mela was well-attended and a sizeable number of tractors got serviced. All the 7 events were planned meticulously and were a reassurance to the farmers that their tractors were taken care of in the best possible way.
